• A cook for your sailing holiday, to cook on board your yacht and sail with you or prepare your food before you depart.
• Based at Loch Lomond, near Glasgow, Scotland, but ready to travel anywhere !

AEC is now based in The Kitchen at Strathleven House, near Dumbarton, where I am preparing buffets and cakes for office meetings, external catering and celebration cakes to order, but I'm still happy to come and cook for you at your location!
